The Challenge: Relaunch Thompson Hennessey & Partners’ identity with new branding and a contemporary logo design.
SA was asked to redevelop Thompson Hennessey & Partners’ branding in a way that reflected THP’s extensive industry knowledge and experience. The goal of the rebrand was to redefine THP’s unique differentiators that set the firm apart from its competitors.
The Approach: SA led an extensive effort to reimagine and relaunch all THP collateral assets, including the website, logo and brand colors.
SA explored the beliefs, methodologies and attributes that defined THP’s unique position within the commercial real estate industry. SA created brand messaging that outlined the THP brand cornerstones and strategic advantages.
SA conducted a 360-audit of the existing logo, brand colors and stationery to serve as a guide to revamp the firm’s creative assets. SA led an extensive effort to reimagine and relaunch all THP collateral assets, including the website, logo and brand colors. SA developed a selection of logo concepts for review, and in coordination with the THP team, finalized a new custom logo, font and color palette to reinvigorate the THP brand. SA used the branding as the foundation to revamp the firm’s website and collateral materials.
Results: The newly designed brand identity, collateral and website successfully relaunched THP’s bold approach to doing business.
The new identity and collateral suite, which included a video series with firm partners to be displayed prominently on the new website, showcased the Thompson Hennessey & Partners brand. To highlight the team’s deep knowledge in the commercial real estate arena, THP’s new website effectively communicated the firm’s key differentiators and deep commitment to client service.
By streamlining the experience for prospective clients, SA facilitated an increase of in-bound new business opportunities which helped build the firm’s credibility and strengthened its new business pitch process.
