Job Title: Account Executive – Digital Marketing & Analytics

Reports To: Director/VP

Summary: Are you just as comfortable brainstorming on creative ideas as you are crunching cost per conversion and click through numbers? Do you like to read behind the numbers? Are you unable to sleep at night if one of your campaigns isn’t performing as it should be? We have a spot for you on our integrated marketing and lead generation team.

Ideal candidates will be currently working in a digital Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Advertising or Programmatic Digital Marketing role. If you’re tired of being in a silo where you only get to analyze data, run reports, or interface with tech platforms – and you want a chance to activate your creative side and work on content campaigns – then you should talk to us. In this role, you’ll work across campaigns as a digital tactician while also contributing to strategy, creative development and content.

The AE – Digital Marketing & Analytics will be responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of assigned account work as well as performing administrative assignments as needed for the benefit of clients and the firm. You should be able to help develop and roll out integrated media strategies and coordinate team efforts to implement them. Account Executives play a critical role within the agency by ensuring high quality and impeccably accurate work is completed on time, as well as managing Account Coordinators and interns.

Requirements: Candidate is expected to become Google Analytics certified within a determined amount of time, dependent on experience level. You will have an understanding of digital marketing and grow that knowledge base through work experiences and attending relevant conferences and educational opportunities when appropriate. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and quantitative skills are essential for this role. You will demonstrate excellent judgment and the ability to solve problems independently. Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as other internet tools and technologies such as Facebook Business Manager/Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Gmail, SproutSocial, Basecamp and file sharing platforms; internet research and PowerPoint skills are a must. Must have excellent communications skills and be able to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment. Ability to write content and other marketing materials as indicated by supervisors is a plus.
