For over 20 years, Don Martelli has been a leader in crafting campaigns that are at the intersection of public relations and digital marketing. He brings a broad set of traditional and digital PR skills, national client experiences and a deep knowledge of how brands tell their story in today’s dynamic marketing environment.
As Vice President, Don is responsible for crafting multi-faceted communications strategies that increase a client’s brand awareness and audience engagement. Working closely with all SA practice areas, Don leads a team that integrates brand insights across all mediums, bringing strategies to life in a media saturated world. He is responsible for creating seamless audience experiences that span the web, social networks and mobile platforms that integrate with traditional channels. Additionally, as part of the executive management team, Don is responsible for developing and implementing the agency’s growth strategy, including new business development, staff training and strategic partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining Schneider, Don held senior positions with several national PR and digital agencies where he developed integrated marketing programs for national and global brands in the insurance, healthcare, higher education, legal, consumer retail, government, non-profit and technology industries. Beginning his career as a reporter covering general assignments and politics for The Boston Globe, Don has extensive client-side experience, specifically in education where he held integrated marketing roles at Suffolk University and Malden Catholic High School.
Don earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Northeastern University and a graphic design certificate from the New England School of Art and Design.
