FHO Partners’ Q2 MarketWatch Research was recently featured in several leading Boston business and real estate publications. In addition to two features in both Banker & Tradesman and The Real Reporter, the Boston Business Journal’s new real estate editor, Craig Douglas, referenced the study by focusing on individual suburban CRE submarkets in four editions of the online “Real Estate Roundup,” and featured data about the Cambridge submarket in a recent hard copy edition.

Schneider Associates was pleased to see our client, FHO Partners, featured twice in the May 21, 2010 edition of the Boston Business Journal’s Real Estate Roundup. The reporter mentioned two recent FHO leasing transactions –Mobile Messenger in Watertown, MA and Interaction Associates in Boston’s Seaport District. While the reporter questioned whether an increase in commercial real estate activity is a precursor to a more substantial economic recovery, we’d like to believe these two major leases indicate an upturn in the greater Boston office and lab markets.
