FHO Partners’ Q2 report Scores Multiple Mentions in Boston Business Journal, Banker & Tradesman and The Real Reporter
FHO Partners’ Q2 MarketWatch Research was recently featured in several leading Boston business and real estate publications. In addition to two features in both Banker & Tradesman and The Real Reporter, the Boston Business Journal’s new real estate editor, Craig Douglas, referenced the study by focusing on individual suburban CRE submarkets in four editions of the online “Real Estate Roundup,” and featured data about the Cambridge submarket in a recent hard copy edition.
FHO’s report tracked the performance of the commercial real estate market in and around greater Boston. The firm’s figures from mid-year 2010 indicate that conditions in Boston, Cambridge and the suburbs continue to stabilize for the second consecutive quarter.
